The Internal Account Manager (IAM) will be responsible for lead generation, upsells and total attainment of laboratory diagnostic services to accounts within an assigned territory through tele-sales as well as in person visits. IAMs will be aligned with specific Account Executives who will partner with them in growing the business.
The territory encompasses North Orange County and Long Beach. This is largely a remote role. However, the IAM will occassionally be in the field and residency within range of the territory is required.

At target, the compensation is $80,000-88,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to make higher, as sales incentives are uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
