The role is responsible for Compliance within a region with revenues greater than $1 billion and may include responsibility for providing leadership support, coverage or management to multiple regions. Responsibilities Include compliance support for the President, Regional Vice Presidents of Operations and Commercial, other members of the leadership team and may provide support to other Compliance Directors in other regions. As a member of the regional leadership team, acts as business partner with senior leadership in the region(s) to ensure compliance and find solutions to compliance issues. Responsible for communicating and proactively driving and monitoring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policy directives, compliance policies and procedures and ethical requirements, directly and through supervision of Compliance personnel within the region’s sites. Engaged in all aspects of the business and seen as a key driver of requirements in complex situations.
