This position will lead construction/space planning projects and facilities/sustainability initiatives across the region while utilizing Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools. This position acts as a change agent and role model while liaising with key stakeholders to ensure facility standards are maintained, evaluates technical requirements, and lead construction projects. This position will also be responsible for applying building code requirements, ADA compliance, company standards, space planning QMS principles and tools to their daily work.
This is an Onsite position. Applicant can reside closer to our West Hills facility, Las Vegas Facility or Sacramento Facility.

Thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; structural engineering principles; and critical building infrastructure.

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
Preferred Technical Training or Professional Licensing:
Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
