This position is an entry level role supporting ACL and the regional business transformation team. It will be responsible for supporting end-to-end analysis business operations and related performance measures. The role will work with ACL Business Leaders to identify opportunities for profitable growth and driving business transformation while leveraging the Quest Management System (QMS) specifically focused on Continuous Improvement (CI). Additionally, this role requires operational experience and an understanding of business financials, functions, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with functional leaders to drive change. This role will partner with the regional Business Transformation team that is responsible for driving business analytics, use of QMS toolset and project management of the business transformation projects while working with his/her own manager and functional leaders to implement appropriate operating cadence for the business.
