The Health Plan Account Manager will retain and grow a book of business by managing day to day service requirement within the designated health plan customer segment and/or region. A strong analytical background or data analysis experience is desired for strategic approaches in capitalizing on new business opportunities. A strong customer service focus is a must in complementing this Quest account management and revenue support role.
This is an Account Manager position supporting Quest’s Southwest Region including but not limited to the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and Arizona. The ideal candidate will reside in Dallas or Houston though San Antonio and Austin can also be considered. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
