The Sales Director is a front-line sales leader responsible for execution of the commercial sales strategy for profitable growth in geographic area for general and specialized sales and service representatives.
This is a field-based sales leadership position supporting Quest sales in Western Massachusetts.
Accountabilities/Metrics:
Required Work Experience:
5+ years in sales with previous experience in sales leadership
Professional background or related work exprience in the diagnostics/healthcare space preferred
Knowledge:
Knows the healthcare industry (payors/providers) and general economics of diagnostics business
Skills:
Solid PC skills including Outlook, Excel, SalesForce.Com, SAVO
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
