The Precision Oncology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the oncology specialized testing market. The Precision Oncology Account Executive focuses on creating awareness, driving adoption, building complex molecular pathways, and generating demand and volume for Quest’s precision oncology portfolio in community oncology and academic cancer centers. The Precision Oncology Account Executive works in close cooperation with oncology clinical, pathology and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model.
This is a field-based sales role covering Chicago and the surrounding districts.
At target, the compensation is $230,000 – $250,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to make higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
