The Senior Manager, Labor Relations serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert on labor and employee relations with an enterprise-wide scope. This role is responsible for driving positive employee relations initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective administration of collective bargaining agreements, and supporting high-stakes labor negotiations. The position also provides critical guidance on the labor relations impact of day-to-day business decisions and transactions, helping to proactively manage risk and align labor strategy with operational goals.
The position is largely remote but requires the Sr. Manager to be near a Quest facility. Sites may include Baltimore, MD, Chantilly, VA, Marlborough, MA, Pittsburgh, PA, Cincinnati , OH, Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, Miami, FL, etc.
