This is an Onsite postion   The Quest Management System (QMS) / Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead plays a key role in the definition, development, implementation, and on-going improvement of the QMS frameworks.  The role will be responsible for the facilitation of QMS / CI events across the organization, helping form and inform new and existing Value Stream teams, and promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization. Overall quality, productivity improvements, and employee / customer satisfaction will be the key focus for this role through the implementation of standard work, visual and daily management, 5S, variation reduction as well as other QMS / CI tools. In addition, transactional process and efficiency improvements as well as the implementation of Kanban systems will also be will also be in the scope for this position. This role will also be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply QMS / CI Principles and Tools to their daily work.  Additionally, this role may also lead a team of QMS / CI specialists through a portfolio of mid-large size projects while coaching others to learn and apply QMS Principles and Tools to their daily work.
